One of the most important criteria to be classify as an apartment is its corresponding distribution.   • high standard of the common parts.

Characteristics of dwelling:

  • protection against noise - in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Dz. U No. 75, item. 690 of 2002) and the Polish standard PN 87/B-02151/02, tolerable noise in the living space during the day should not exceed 40 dB, and at night - 30 dB
  • installation of central air conditioning,
  • high standard,
  • adequate daylight illumination,
  • Height - minimum 2.9 meters.
