Home appliance manufacturer Whirlpool has contracted Goodman to develop a 25,695 sqm warehouse next to the company's existing facility in Wrocław. The warehouse is to feature a railway siding with a covered platform, 17 loading docks and 3 overhead doors. Whirlpool will rent the warehouse from Goodman, with latter managing the property as well as including it in their European Logistics Fund. Construction work is to begin this month and is to be completed in August.
