CEPIF - Events![]() Deloitte, a leading global professional services provider, will relocate their Warsaw office to Atrium City, a new class A office building currently under development by Skanska Property Poland. Deloitte will be the first and main tenant of the building. The company will move into the new development that will be called Deloitte House, in May 2009. During the negotiations Deloitte was advised by Colliers International Poland. This was the second time that Colliers has acted as exclusive advisor to Deloitte. Atrium City constitutes the next stage of the highly successful Atrium complex developed by Skanska along Al. Jana Pawla in central Warsaw. The building, scheduled to be delivered in May 2009, will offer net rentable area of approximately 20 000sqm. Skanska is planning for another two office buildings within the project. Exclusive agent for the building is Jones Lang LaSalle. “We are proud to have signed the first lease contract with such significant and renowned company like Deloitte.
